At The Master’s Community Fellowship Church and Ministries, we believe that the New Testament model for church leadership is the plurality of godly men hence we have several pastors at the helm of the ministry that God entrusted to us. Following this model ensures accountability, shared responsibility among pastor-elders, ensuring that each pastor is in a ministry where he is called by God and where he can maximize his natural God given ability and gifts and lastly prevents pastors from becoming burnt out.
